You want a tie dye gi, but how do you pick a pattern?

So you’ve decided you want to make the jump to self expression on the mat. You know what colors you want, but what pattern. So many to choose from. Pattern, like color, is a very personal selection. While there are many patterns to choose from, no two are identical. So just because you choose a spiral pattern doesn’t mean it’s going to be the same as anyone else or match a photograph. To help our customers with pattern selection, we have broken down the patterns to 3 categories, Freestyle, Stylized and Hybrid. These categories can be defined a follows.

Freestyle: More of a marble or crinkled effect. There is no real pattern in this stye.

Stylized:Having a defined prominent pattern. Patterns include spirals, sunbursts, banding, striped, rosettes, circles, etc.

Hybrid Style: Combines the Freestyle and Stylized by randomizing patterns to blend into each other.

Once you select from one of these three categories you can begin to isolate the pattern that works for you.

Here are some of the many patterns that we can do.  There are many variations that we gladly discuss with our customers. So give us a try. You won’t regret it.
